This is a 31" suede flogger. The actual straps measure 18" The Handle is 8 Inches total Length with a 5 inch grip between the balls. The Braided Loop on the Handle is 5 Inches long The advantage of suede material is that suede is softer than standard leather; therefore it can be more comfortable to use. The handle is tightly formed from Blue and black leather straps, for a nice firm grip.
