This steel CBT ball crusher is the Ultimate for the extreme CBT player. The steel ball weight has a 1 3/8 inch inside diameter and is 0.25 inch thick and weighs about 4oz The steel plate is 4 inches long and 1.5 inches wide and can be slowly squeezed up against the balls by turning the wing nuts. This weight could also be used to hang more weights from for some serious stretching play.
