These straps and cuffs were made to hold tight. Use your own locks to keep the ankle cuffs secured. The ankle cuffs have 8 slits for adjustability, and the wrist cuffs have 6. There is a sturdy leather strap on each end of the canvas belt, to loop around an anchor point and buckle securely in place.
